Today, I get around to proceed on her: last screenshot
I added much more hair, bird cage, some other accessories and clothes which will get more pattern later but not until then I paint a rough background because then, I can orientate myself to background colours.

saved steps by now: 49 (Do you want a "making of"/tutorial when it's finished?)

to do list for this one:
- more accesoires
- little bit more hair
- nail art
- a few bracelets
- maybe an tattoo
- a bunch of flowers (of which hummingbirds live off)
- seeds
- birds
- feathers
- pattern and images for her clothes
- background

- editing breasts, eyes, nose, mouth, skin

It's going to be a postcard image for the "ARS-project" which topic is fauna but it's not allowed to draw animals only.
The viewer should advise what creature ensconces itself in the image.

Wow.. just, wow. Her hair is so detailed, and her lips are beautiful. He hair piece seems fitting for her. Her hands also look great. Excellent work! I look forward to seeing the finished piece. :)

Thank you very much, again, again and again!

Hm.. in this instance, I was unsatisfied with myself because my last picture were always dark... too dark. So, I decided to test myself in order to check my skills out. I wanted to paint a bright and colourful picture and it should include a woman. I must admit that this topic is not my favourites and that was precisely why I wanted to try it out. I've learned a lot. Now, I know better how to colour skin, gold, pearls and especially: I improve my patience xD
I began painting without specific ideas and only then I added details which crossed my mind.
